Possible future models if retention is real:

• free public app with optional sponsor/supporter model;
• inclusion in FreeAppStore as a high-quality example app;
• ProAppStore version for teams, with private deployment and admin-safe analytics;
• workplace wellbeing micro-tool, sold carefully without medical claims;
• paid custom variants for schools, teams, or communities only after safety review.

Avoid subscription too early. The market already has polished subscription products. Slowdown's advantage is trust, speed, and simplicity.
